Easy to Follow Artwork Guideline for Designs

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality label printing services. In order to ensure that your labels can be perfectly printed and manufactured, please follow the below Artwork Guideline when you provide the drawings or designs.

File Formats

Preferred format

Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PSD or PDF (.pdf) format

Acceptable formats

EPS (.eps), TIFF (.tif), CDR, JPEG (.jpg)

Unacceptable formats

Word (.doc/.docx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx)

Design Specifications

Color Mode: CMYK (4-color printing)

Resolution: At least 300 dpi (pixels per inch)

Bleed: Add a 3mm bleed area around the document for easy cropping.

Safe margins: Text and graphics should be at least 3mm from the cut line to avoid content being cropped out.

Fonts: Use embedded fonts or convert fonts to curves to avoid missing fonts.

Label Size

Please provide the exact size of the label, including length, width and shape.

Printing Process

Please clearly indicate the printing process of the label, such as screen printing, gravure printing, flexographic printing, etc.

Surface Treatment

Please clearly indicate the surface treatment of the label, such as lamination, hot stamping, UV varnish, etc.

Color

Please provide the exact CMYK color value or Pantone color number.

Picture

Please use high quality picture and make sure the size of the picture meets the requirement.

Text

Please ensure that the text is clear and easy to read, and use the appropriate font and font size.

Please indicate your contact information when submitting your design, so that we can communicate with you in time.

We will review your design to ensure that it meets our printing requirements.
If there is any problem with your design, we will communicate with you in time and make changes.

We will make samples according to your design and mail them to you for confirmation.
After confirming the samples, we will start the formal label printing.
We believe that by strictly adhering to the above specifications, your labels will be able to be presented perfectly and meet your needs.

The design should contain all elements: including all text, graphics, barcodes, etc. on the label.
The design should be clear and easy to understand: Please indicate the position and size of each element clearly in the design.
The design should comply with relevant standards: e.g. labeling standards for food labels, etc.
